Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive your package open or damaged, refuse delivery of the merchandise then contact our Customer Service Department right away at (800) 208-6069 to report the problem. We guarantee to get your purchases to you in good condition.
If you realize you received a damaged or defective item after accepting delivery, contact us immediately at (800) 208-6069 or support@a-z-needlepoint.com for instructions on returning the damaged/defective item. We will send you a replacement or issue you a full refund immediately after receiving the damaged or defective product. Manufacturer's warranties and Repair
We cannot accept items for repair, even if they are under a manufacturer's warranty. For full details on authorized repair centers, contact the manufacturer directly.
